Meet Our Staff

After graduating from Lycoming College in 1973, Jim started working in the insurance business for his uncle. On April 1, 1974 he started his own insurance agency in Canandaigua, NY. In the beginning, Jim operated as a Captive Agency, representing one major insurance carrier. On April 1, 1999 he transitioned to the Independent Agency system, giving him the ability to represent several insurance carriers and better serve the clients. Jim has an extensive knowledge of insurance, whether it is auto, home, umbrellas, or commercial.

Tammy brings an energetic and optimistic spirit to everything she does. Her brilliant smile and approachable nature are the first thing you’ll notice when you walk in our door. Supposedly this was to be her ‘relaxing’ retirement job, but instead she has jumped whole-heartedly into our fast pace and keeps us all scheduled, laughing, and focused!  Outside of work, she has a passion for fast cars, enjoys spending time with her loved ones, and adores her two dogs who amuse her with their antics.

With a passion for motherhood and raised as an integral part of a 4-generational dirt racing legacy, Michele is highly motivated by her desire to help folks protect what matters most to them. Michele’s insurance career began in 2008, and her beloved daughter was born shortly after.  Her love of vehicles and family drives her specialization into personal lines insurance.  Away from the office, Michele enjoys the time spent in the garden with her teenage daughter, the thrill of an ATV ride with her fiancé, and morning walks with her pup. With a mix of high-speed determination and grounded care, she brings both a precise and personal touch to every client relationship.

Allicia is a commercial insurance agent with a passion for helping businesses protect what matters most. She began her career in personal lines insurance, but eager to challenge herself and grow, she transitioned into commercial lines, where she has specialized for the past four years. Hailing from Wayne County, she has developed a special appreciation for Canandaigua and the energy of Main Street. She enjoys starting her day with a hot coffee on a brisk, sunny morning and unwinding with a good mystery novel while keeping up with her kids’ boundless energy.

Jordan started her career at the front desk, where her natural curiosity and people-first mindset sparked a passion for the insurance industry. Wanting to do more for clients, she took the initiative to earn her Personal Lines license and step into a more hands-on role as an agent. Jordan is motivated by growth and genuinely enjoys helping others feel confident in their coverage. Outside of work, Jordan enjoys simple moments—time with loved ones, fresh air, and making the most of life outside the office.

Growing up in Canandaigua, NY, with a family cabin up in the hills overlooking the south end of the lake, Sonya has a deep appreciation for the beauty of the Finger Lakes and the delight of the Rochester arts and museum scene.  After managing a local law office, she now brings her bookkeeping and management skills to the Wolfe Agency.  A musician and artist with a green thumb, she fills the office with the plants she can’t stop propagating and collecting.  “I love working at this agency, and every one of the staff are top notch.”
